Cancellations & Refunds
At Deep Blue Supply, we’re proud to offer fair and transparent return policies to support our customers. You may cancel your order at any time before it ships, free of charge, except in cases such as custom or made-to-order marine products (see details below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out promptly so we can issue a full refund before your order leaves our warehouse. Our team is available during normal business hours by phone, email, or live chat.
Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order marine products (such as specialized covers, custom boat storage, or built-to-spec equipment) are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production begins. These items are uniquely crafted for your order.
If you are unsure whether your product qualifies as custom or made-to-order, please contact us before placing your order.
All sales are final on custom and made-to-order items.
Refunds and Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products. During this time, you may request a return for a full refund (excluding custom or made-to-order items).
Customers are responsible for carefully inspecting deliveries upon arrival and reporting any damage within 24 hours of receipt.
Exchanges are also available within the 30-day window. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any new shipping fees for exchanged items.
Please note: transaction fees (ranging from 2.9% + $0.30 up to 5.99% + $0.30 depending on the payment method) will be deducted from all refunds.
Additionally, not all shipped products are eligible for return. Because our products are sourced directly from manufacturers, certain items may not be returnable. These policies vary by brand and product—please contact us if you need clarification.
Shipping Times
We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times listed on product pages are based on information from suppliers and carriers.
However, delays may occur due to factors such as:

Supply chain shortages

Port or freight delays 
- 
Seasonal demand 
We cannot guarantee shipping times, and by purchasing from Deep Blue Supply, you acknowledge that estimated dates are subject to change.
Please Read Before Purchasing
When placing an order with Deep Blue Supply, you agree to the following:

It is your responsibility to inspect packages upon delivery. Any damage must be noted, photographed, and reported within 24 hours. 
- 
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any new shipping fees in the case of exchanges or refunds. 
- 
Products must be returned unopened and unused and may be subject to a restocking fee. 
- 
If your order has already shipped, a full refund may not be possible. Returns after shipment may incur restocking fees (typically 20%, varying by product). 
- 
Shipping dates are only estimates and may change due to factors outside our control. 
- 
Orders cannot be canceled or charged back due to delays caused by manufacturers, carriers, or supply chain constraints. 
Damages
Customers must report damage or defects within 5 business days of delivery. To file a claim, please:

Email support@deepbluesupply.com with photos of the damage and your order number. 
- 
We will provide options such as replacement parts, a discount for keeping the product, or a refund/replacement. 
Please note:
- 
Items must remain unused to qualify for replacement parts, discounts, or refunds. 
- 
If you choose to keep the item with a discount or accept replacement parts, you must respond within 3 business days of our offer. 
- 
Damage not reported within 5 business days cannot be refunded, replaced, or discounted. 
- 
Residue or minor cosmetic marks from manufacturing are not considered defects. 
Warranty
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer. Please refer to each product page for warranty details. Damage upon arrival that is not reported within 30 days will not qualify as a warranty claim.
Returns
Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping charges and any reconsignment fees resulting from ordering errors. Many of our products include manufacturer warranties—see the product page for specific details.
Promotions
For Buy One Get One promotions, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one is returned, you may receive a replacement or store credit equal to the item’s value. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on promotional items once shipped.
Chargebacks
We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly. Please reach out to us before filing a chargeback—we’re here to help. Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may be treated as theft and could result in further action.
