Shipping Policy

At Deep Blue Supply, we partner with trusted carriers to deliver marine equipment and boat supplies safely and efficiently. Please review the details below to understand how shipping works when you order from us.


Freight Shipping

Some of our products (such as trolling motors, large marine equipment, and boat storage solutions) exceed the size and weight limits of standard carriers. In these cases, we ship via freight services and select the most reliable carrier based on your order.

  • Freight deliveries are curbside only. Drivers are not responsible for moving items indoors or onto your boat.

  • Please arrange assistance for heavy or bulky items.

  • Freight shipments may experience delays due to carrier availability, weather, or supply chain factors. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.


Lead Times

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed promptly.

  • Orders placed over the weekend are typically processed on Monday.

  • In-stock items usually ship within 2–3 business days after processing.

  • Backordered items may require additional lead time, depending on manufacturer availability.

We aim to provide accurate lead time estimates on our product pages, but please note these are not guaranteed.


Order Confirmation

Once you place an order:

  1. You will receive an email confirmation.

  2. Your payment will be pre-authorized.

  3. We verify product availability with our suppliers.

    • If an item is on backorder or unavailable, your pre-authorization will be canceled, and you will be notified.

    • If available, your payment will be processed, and the order will move into fulfillment.


Order Shipment

  • In-stock items typically ship within five business days of order confirmation.

  • Tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout within 24 hours of shipment.

  • If you do not receive tracking within six business days, please contact us at support@deepbluesupply.com.


No International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.


Changing Address

If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been processed or shipped:

  • We will attempt to accommodate your request.

  • However, changes may cause delays and may incur additional freight carrier fees.

  • Customers are responsible for all address change-related charges.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times listed on our site are approximations only. While we work closely with our vendors and carriers to ensure timely delivery, delays can happen.

  • Customers canceling orders due to delays are still liable for shipping costs, storage fees, or related expenses.

  • Initiating a chargeback due to shipping delays is considered fraudulent and may result in legal action.


How to Prepare for Delivery

When your shipment arrives:

  1. Inspect the packaging carefully before signing.

  2. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt.

  3. Take clear photos of the damage before opening.

If damaged, email support@deepbluesupply.com within 24 hours with photos, the SKU, and a description. Failure to report damage within 24 hours will void eligibility for returns or replacements.


Damaged Items

  • Customers must report damage or defects within 5 business days of delivery.

  • If reported on time, we may offer:

    • Free replacement parts

    • A discount for keeping the product as-is

    • A refund or replacement item

  • Items must remain unused to qualify. Packaging and product must be retained for inspection.

  • If you accept a discount or replacement parts, you have 3 business days to confirm your choice.

Damage reported after 5 business days cannot be refunded, exchanged, or discounted.


Missing Items

If your order is missing parts or items:

  • Report it within 5 business days of delivery to support@deepbluesupply.com.

  • Note the shortage on the delivery receipt and inform the driver before signing.

  • We’ll work with the carrier to locate missing items. If they cannot be found, replacements will be sent at no cost.

Claims made after 5 business days will not be accepted. Please wait until all items have arrived before scheduling contractors or installations.


Stolen Packages (FedEx/UPS)

If a shipment is marked “delivered” but cannot be found:

  • Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.

  • Deep Blue Supply is not responsible for stolen packages.


Shipping Options

  • Standard curbside delivery is free on all orders.

  • Most deliveries take 5–15 business days to reach your curbside after shipment.
