30 Day Returns

We want every Deep Blue Supply order to be something you love. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below.

How long do I have to return an item?

Return window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

What items are eligible for return?

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in new condition

  • Returned with original packaging and all accessories

  • Free of wear, damage, or alterations

Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Who pays for return shipping?

If we made a mistake

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Deep Blue Supply will cover return shipping costs

  • Please contact us right away so we can make it right

If you changed your mind

If the return is due to ordering the wrong item, the product not being the right fit, or you no longer want it:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping fees are non refundable

  • Used or incomplete items may not qualify for a refund

How do I return an item?

  1. Contact us: Email us at support@deepbluesupply.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Pack the item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all tags, accessories, and any documents.

  3. Ship it back: Ship the package using the instructions we provide.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received:

  • We will inspect the item to confirm it meets the return requirements

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. If you’d like a different size, color, or product, contact us and we’ll help with an exchange based on availability.

Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These products will be clearly marked as non returnable on the product page.
